Some things here and there are kind of strange though. Like her reaction to being caught. You described her as aggressive but she didn't put up much of a fight. Yeah she ran, but when the guy picked her up, you'd expect to kick or something.Maybe cuss him out. Plus, I doubt managers' call the cops on you if you tried to steal a bar soap. Their first reaction would be to call the parents/guardians, if they seem young. Plus 3 month's is a little much. Stealing soap might warrant you just a day's work, at most. I mean I like it it's just that having to work in a place for 3 months for stealing a bar of soap! It's pretty unrealistic. Maybe what you could do is shorten it to a week. It seems quite predictable, I'm guessing that Stormy & Derek don't like each other at first then fall in love. Anyway if you need Stormy to stay at the shop for longer you could have it that Stormy likes working with Derek or secretly likes working with Derek so she asks if she could continue working there. Or you could have it that Stormy is making a very little amount of money from this and to continue gaining a little bit of money asks if she can continue on working there.
